Your Crew

At Engineering in Linköping, part of our Dispenser Systems organization, we are currently a team of about 80 people with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise such as Design Engineer, System Engineer, Analysis Engineer, and Configuration Manager. Together, we are a strong team with a great passion for technology – we are responsible for the development, design, and sustainability of our products. You will work with us to change and refine our ways of working in an innovative industry with endless improvement opportunities. You will become part of a dedicated team with the ambition to renew space!

We work closely with our colleagues in Programs, Operations, and Supply Chain, but also broadly across the company related to ongoing projects. We also collaborate with other Beyond Gravity sites in Europe and the USA.

Your Mission

• As a project manager, you are responsible for the execution of customer projects throughout the entire process from order to delivery.
• You lead the project team internally and are responsible for the project's finances, planning, and risk management to ensure that agreed deliveries are made on time and to the right quality.
• In your role, you represent the company towards international customers and subcontractors related to the projects you lead.
• You collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Development, Quality, and Production departments.
• Business trips both in Sweden and abroad may occur.

Your Story

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in project/program management, preferably in an international environment, and experience with customer work is a plus.
• Ability to create motivation and inspire with energy and drive.
• Natural ability to create collaboration and build internal relationships.
• Structured and good at coordinating and prioritizing in complex environments.
• Entrepreneurial and commercially minded with a holistic view.
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
